enjoyed it cerainly, but since I have seen "Memento" and "Usual Suspects", Reservoir dogs didn't really surprise me too much.
but, was it the RD the first one of its kind? I need to check though. Certainly a very brave director to chose such a plot, lousy starcast and no great background score... several things.. certainly enjoyed it.
Actually QT's movies are one of the most non-linear movies that I have ever seen. May be he is inspired by Brian de Palma, who I must say it an expert in non-linear movies. Though Usual suspects has a very intriguing narrative, that keeps you engaged, the real thing that I savour in all QT movies is the outrageousness that is very original.
You may also want to see some Sidney Lumet movies, starting with 12 Angry Men.
